I am honoured to have been taught by the remarkable Marek Lorys, who worked with His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (who brought the knowledge of the Marmas to the west). Marek was taught these techniques by Dr Ernst Schrott, who developed this form of Marma therapy - 'Sukshma' means gentle in Sanskrit.
